LEMON FARMER FOR A DAY IN CETARA

Feeling insite – Cetara. A day dedicated to the discovery of the territory and its traditions at Roberto and Mena’s home, born in Cetara who welcomed us to introduce us to their wonderful lemon grove to teach us the techniques of cultivation and maintenance of lemon, the sfusato amalfitano, the yellow gold of the Amalfi Coast. To Follow, a ceramic workshop to learn the basic techniques of painting and then, to top the cake, a fun outdoor cooking lesson: hands in dough to produce simple lemon-scented flour gnocchi matched with lemon zest, parsley and garlic, and, for lovers, a touch of anchovy sauce. A delicious local specialties to be enjoyed in the regenerating atelier on the banks of the stream. Passion, history, culture for an authentic local experience.
